UNABRIDGED BIRTH CERTIFICATE

Unabridged Birth Certificates: 

An Unabridged Birth Certificate is a document containing information of both biological parents or legal guardians. Unaccompanied passengers when traveling under the age of 18 require them in addition to the other required documents (passports, visa stamps, etc.) when entering or exiting South Africa.

We will email you the application form, once completed send back to us with a Copy of your ID or passport. I will then submit the application, capture it on the system, wait a few days before we can start to expedite (at head office to get the vaults out) all details come from the details on the vaults not the system. When its done we can get it printed where I applied. If there is already an application in process there is a possibility that it will become ready at the DHA where first applied at.
